Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified coach in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in education. This desire to see others learn comes through in my style of therapy. I see counseling on a spectrum - support counseling on one end and transformation therapy on the other. On this spectrum, I am deeply on the transformational end and seek to work as efficiently as possible to help my clients achieve their personal counseling goals.

My passion is to be present with people as they work to heal from the pain and pressure of past or current pain and loss. I synergistically blend client-centered traditional talk therapy, the powerful benefits of EMDR therapy, the principles of positive psychology, and techniques from experiential treatments like art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray. This integration highlights insight for clients and assists them in uncovering meaning that leads to growth, healing, and hope.

I am committed to continually growing as a counselor and giving you my best. Together, we will discover what best helps you meet your goals. Realizing that working through these goals will take time and effort, I will do my best to assist you as efficiently and effectively as possible.

I also provide educational resources through presentations, seminars, and online courses. The seminars are catered to the needs of your group or organization. I am offering the Burnout Buster Blueprint course to assist people who work with people—teachers, nurses, HR professionals, parents, and others—in healing from or preventing burnout.​

I specialize in helping busy people effectively and efficiently move from feeling hindered and stuck from stress and trauma, to reaching a place of emotional peace and mental clarity.

In addition to offering traditional therapy and intensives through my practice, I produce a podcast, and offer a course specifically designed to bust burnout and manage stress.​
